Roles and Responsibilities:
● Call the customer and introduce yourself and input him on the time of arrival of team
● Coordinating with Packing team, vendor and the customer on the day of move
● Ensure that the team arrives with sufficient packing material
● Ensure that the team is in uniform and well-groomed
● Collecting the necessary documents for the move one day before
● Ensure that you have enough tool kit for the move
● Ensure that the team does good packing and behave well with the customer
● Ensure that the remaining packing debris are sent to the warehouse
● Keep a track of packing material In and Out and also the arrival and departure time of team and the transporter
● Ensure that all the communications from customer to the team should go via you and vice versa
