Manage and supervise the household team of housekeepers, chefs, drivers, butlers all across the residences (India, UK, UAE)
Oversees food service standards and housekeeping procedures for the executive household.
Report and coordinate with vendors to resolve maintenance, security issues to the Executive household office.
Assists with maintaining the household budgets, petty cash and inventory supplies.
Preparation and implementation of Standard SOP’s across residences for any new processes adopted for the executive residences.
Manage payments of utilities across the residences and coordinate for shifts with executive household team and their needs for their respective locations.
Ensure coordination and seamless experiences for guests / client visits and organize get togethers / parties.
Cross departmental coordination on travel schedules and guest stay schedule management.
Work closely with Head chefs to ensure fulfillment of dietary requirements of health chart.
Assists with planning and organizing parties and events in the home.
