Greetings from Arindam Software Solutions Private Ltd. We have several opening in US IT Technical and Non-IT Recruiter and Onboarding HR Executives and client Executive. Any Candidate is eligible to apply for this job.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Consistent follow ups with candidates to ensure deadlines were met.
• Initiated background checks, scheduled drug tests, and/or set up additional screenings that were required by clients.
• Managing up to 40+ candidates at a time during peak season.
• Responded to candidates quickly regarding on boarding issues via phone or email.
• Advised on how to complete on boarding paperwork and the Form I-9 process.
• Completed employment and education verification.
• Co-authored client procedures as reference tools for the on boarding department.
• Provided timely on boarding updates to account managers.
• Worked closely with account management and employee care teams to ensure candidate satisfaction.
• Confirmed background check requirements were met to ensure compliance.
• keeping track on timekeeping and expenses records.
• Implemented new electronic Form I-9 process through Form I-9 Compliance.
• Edit on boarding forms to improve clarity and organization
• Became proficient in each client's on boarding requirements.
• Completing set-up processes for new clients (setting up background check packages with preferred.
• Background check company, gathering client forms, etc.).
• Conduct performance management evaluations of team members.
• Providing necessary candidate updates to account managers.
• Sending Pre - Adverse and Adverse Action Letters to non-compliant candidates.
• Updating client procedures as on boarding requirements change.
• Assisting with on boarding candidates in the absence of specialists.
• Completing education and employment verification as needed.
• Intervene in escalated situations to diffuse frustrations and find resolutions.
• Crafting and sending emails with information about the company and position, including work schedules, dress code and parking options.
• communicate with new hires, client service representatives, and vendors during each stage of on-boarding process and ensure all components are completed within the designed time-frame.
• Review and adjudicate all background screenings to determine if the new hire is eligible to report to work.
• Collect and review all employment paper work including tax forms, legal agreements, form i-9, and payroll documents as well as complete e-verification.- design employee training documents like time- offs requests and time-card instructions.
• Performs full life-cycle recruitment in us staffing model as per the need.
