Responsibilities
Maintain, Verify and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database) of each employee
Issuing various Letters to the employees like Offer letters, Appointment Letter, Warning Letter, Termination Letter
Respond to HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Engaging with our employees on a monthly basis to understand the motivation level of employees in the client’s organization
Conducting Exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly
Helping the Ex-Employees to withdraw PF amount as per set process
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Escalating matters to the Managers, if they are not resolved
