Pick up food from restaurants and deliver to customers using their own vehicle (bike). Delivery notifications (for pick up and drop) will be sent in Shadowfax mobile app. Navigation will also be provided in this app.

Rider Partners will be paid based on the number of orders delivered.

Rider Partner will have to strictly follow the navigation route and time schedule

Rider Partner will have to follow Shadowfax's grooming and discipline standards

Rider partner will work with Swiggy & zmto for the delivery of food.

Note:

Candidate has to carry original Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Driving Licence and Bank Passbook at the time of onboarding.

For Weekly payment, there is no minimum guarantee only order value will be there.

Minimum Guarantee is valid on Biweekly Payment adoption.

A total amount of 1600rs will be deducted for both full-timer and part-timers out of which from the 1st payment 1000rs will be deducted and rest 600 will be deducted from the inventory (ie their basic amount will go to -600 and after that, it will increase as he completes the order)

For Partners: Rider has to complete 30 orders in 30 days in order to get the payout.
