Target Integration is a business consultancy company providing Business Automation applications, software development services, and cloud services to its clients. We are one of the leading consultants for Zoho/Odoo/MS Dynamics/Zendesk and a number of other products.
As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you are responsible to lead the implementation project, help customers to use Odoo SAAS/On-Prem platform in their business.
Odoo certification will be advantageous. If you don't have it already we'll recommend you're ready to go through it in your first month of joining us.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customers’ needs and business processes
- Collect and document business requirements.
- Help customers with software configuration
- Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently.
- Deliver training to customers.
- Test and check the development part.
- Support customers with their queries.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
Qualifications and Skills
Nice to have
- Previous knowledge of implementing/training/customizing/configuring Odoo/OpenERP
- Ability to understand different business processes
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Programming skills or experience with software development
- Experience in accounting
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
- Experience with Database Design and SQL
Must have
- BE/Btech/BCA + Master degree (Finance, economics or IT)
- Good knowledge of business processes and analysis
- Fluent in English
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Affinity with the IT world
- Should be ready to work in Irish shift((2PM-11PM)
- They have to communicate in english 24*7
