Troubleshooting LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including CPE’s, access points, switches, and other hardware. Soundknowledge of RF devices.
Identify & resolve connectivity problems between various models of access points and on wireless CPEs.
Monitoring of broadband customer connectivity and tackle & resolve issues end to end.
Escalate issues to teams/supervisor and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
End to end troubleshooting of CPE & AP. Handling escalation cases of customers.
Able to communicate effectively the technical issues / discussion to all levels of management.
