Deliver on collection analytics as a practice and capability - Work with large transactional data to build a robust collection analytics framework across products and across the collection life cycle from Current Bucket to write off stage.
Develop Well-Defined Strategies for Collections of Delinquent Loans - Segmentation, prioritization and effective collections strategy, Forecasting, simulations, building strategies to improve recovery performance.
Analyze the historical data and provide suitable framework to guide the collection team.
Identifying areas of weaknesses, recommending solutions and supporting the collection team to achieve targets.
Manage Pan India Collections team in various cities and ensure that delinquency and write-off levels are consistently maintained well below the set benchmark.
Effective communication with stakeholders – Collection team, Business partners including CICs, IT partners and Senior Management.
