Opening for Denial Coders
Functional Expertise :
1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience (Specifically physician coding E/M, Surgery, Denial Management, Auditing Experience can all be considered).
2. Preferably Certified/If not certified, must get certified within a year of joining.
3. Graduate with Science background. Preferable with Physiotherapy/Pharmacy/Dentistry background.
4. Surgical coding position mandates minimum of 1-year surgical coding exposure.
5. Must be available for 2-3 days hands-on evaluation.
6. Must be proficient in Ms Excel and Word.
Operational Expertise :
1. Comply to daily productivity and Accuracy standards.
2. Submit daily production reports to team lead.
3. Stay in constant communication with team lead /operations manager
4. Professional & behavior is expected
5. Receive feedback from Qa on errors and follow updated protocol.
