- Check nuts, bolts and screws and tighten appropriately as necessary. (*Refer list below)
- Cleaning of the bike.
- Unlocking and locking of the good bikes through the Yulu customer app.
- Reporting the faults in the bike through the Yuzen app.
- Bluetooth reset for bikes in which lock is not opening.
- Attending the daily assigned bikes (Priority Bikes)
- Sweeping bikes from NYZ back to YZ within the radius of 50m.
- Oiling of the locks, chain and seat.
- Taking alternative routes to attend maximum bikes in the cluster.
- Address all bikes in his respective cluster by every second day.
- Convey and flag issues (Parking related problems)
- Assist customer @ YZ/DZ.
- Use the maintenance tag to segregate bikes @ collection zone.
- Check tyre-pressure (in case of pneumatic tires – limited bikes)
