Roles and Responsibilities:

1. You will be overall-in-charge of the palliative care of the Home patient.
2. Make the scheduled visit to patient’s home, usually once a month and in case of clinicallysignificant episode/event. Also, remotely assist and moniter in case of nurse visit.
3. Monitor the Patient’s Vitals and Other Parameters regularly and do the needful in case of any deviations as prescribed.
4. Be available to provide online clinical support to patient and their Care Givers.
