1. Coordinating with clients to understand their business & concurrence on plans expected outcome & performance metrics
2. Implementing processes to ensure quality delivered on time and within marked budgets
3. Working as per standards for design and development work outputs
4. Creating project kick-off documents, SOP & performance reporting formats
5. Monitoring workflow for identified activities within defined framework
6. Providing deliverable-specific feedback and individualized developmental inputs to team members for continuously achieving defined standards
7. Obtaining client concurrence on processes
8. Using client infrastructure wherever available like CRM solution, marketing automation, email marketing solution, online collaboration, project management, etc.
9. Working with external agencies wherever need be and communicating requirements, negotiating budgets & timelines, monitoring performance and reviewing with internal team
