Job Responsibilities
• Own and Create Content Data sheets Infographics solution briefs white papers user guides web tutorials web content presentations sales documentation product videos website copy blog posts release announcements to articulate the benefits of the product to the world
• To manage the Product marketing team which comprises of Content Marketers Digital Marketers and Designers and align them towards focused product messaging or branding
• Lead the growth of our business by creating optimizing and managing successful marketing campaigns to attract new qualified leads and convert them into customers
• Work closely with Sales leadership to develop the unified go to market strategy
• Optimize the lead nurturing processes through all relevant channels newsletters events placements etc
• Develop market driven positioning differentiating Radware Bot Manager and its diverse solutions in the market
• Develop and maintain budget with a keen eye on fiscal responsibility and cost per acquisition metrics that deliver return against lifetime value analysis
Requirements
• Strong understanding or experience in B2B SaaS enterprise market
• Proven Experience in end to end Project Management handling diverse teams or persons
• Strong content writing skills or interest to produce professional content
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a technical discipline MBA desirable 10+ years experience in marketing enterprise software
• Relevant growth marketing experience delivering highly successful user acquisition and engagement strategies with a focus on B2B marketing
• Must possess an understanding of marketing performance metrics campaign tracking and optimization to establish clear measures of success and build compelling stories with data
• Ability to develop execute and communicate a long term strategic vision while also balancing immediate priorities and opportunities
• Experience leading marketing in both startup and established company environments
• Experience of working in cyber security Cloud products is a plus
Educational Qualification BE or B.Tech or MBA
