• Attending the leads given by tele-sales staff
• Generating new leads by own from various sources
• Attending exhibitions, events, etc.
• Meeting with the prospective clients and customers
• Convincing clients for loan products
• Assisting the credit department in solving queries, if required.
• Data collection
• Achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Disbursement of personally sourced & office files
• Timely submissions of reports, daily MIS and activity log.
• Proper accountability, training and learning of the assigned junior staff.
