Plan and execute on-ground BTL marketing activities, including sampling, in-store promotions, events, corporate outreach, school/ college activities etc.
Generate creative ideas for designing unique and high-impact field marketing activities
Recruit, train and lead a team of field marketing specialists to ensure flawless execution
Manage requests from the sales team to provide support for sales driven campaigns
Roll out and manage regional activation programs on a regular basis
Network with local contacts, influencers, artistes, and event management firms to create pipeline of event association opportunities
Network with other like-minded brands for partnership and co-hosting opportunities
Manage and develop vendors for kiosks, marketing collateral, consumer merchandise and POS-M
Take ownership and overall responsibility for achieving targets for sampling and consumer outreach
Prepare regular reports and MIS to track the progress and effectiveness of the marketing activities
Ensure utmost care and caution to maintain the overall ethics and integrity of the team in all dealings
