We have an urgent opening of a Marcom for our Sterling Silver Retail Brand "BALZO".Siting
Location: Mumbai, Byculla (E)
Reporting to Managing Director / General Manager
The Primary responsibility would be to Design a Marketing Strategy for the company, leading to optimum brand awareness & effective communication of the brand values to the target customers which in turn results in required footfalls in the stores and eyeballs to the ecommerce site to achieve & exceed the sales targets.
Once approved by the management, Implementing and executing the strategy with maximum efficiency by focusing on:
a) ATL / BTL activities & preparing an annual Marketing Calendar.
b) Working in close coordination with the Retail Sales Head on a day to day basis to achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.
c) Creating, Implementing and maintaining a robust CRM system.
d) Keeping a tab on the competition and overall trends in the Retail industry and presenting it to the management.
e) Creating and implementing a strong DIGITAL MARKETING system.
f) Creating & Implementing effective VMs in all the stores.
g) Preparing the required Creatives for communication, getting it approved by MD & timely implementing the Creatives on various platforms.
f) Creating a cost effective vendor data base for all the marketing & VM activities.
