Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drafting and vetting of Services and other related Agreements, Legal Notices/replies, lease agreements, legal documentation.
Negotiation with counterparties over the agreement terms/clauses, and ensuring timely closure of the same.
Managing company’s litigation, Attending courts matters and other departmental proceedings.
Maintaining internal legal MIS for litigation and other compliances.
Coordination and follow-ups with external counsels and review/vet various submissions in the ongoing cases/proceedings.
Managing compliance under various labour, company and other related laws.
Coordination and follow-ups with compliance consultants for CLRA license for various locations in India.
Liasoning with various labor and other government authorities.
To support the Management in the identification and management of legal risks to the Company.
