Designation : Manager, Business Development
Responsibilities :
· Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as define by sales goals & objectives.
· Build and manage sales pipeline.
· Articulate and effectively communicate value proposition to prospect leadership, including C-level IT leadership.
· Day to day management of existing accounts to expand footprint.
· Be responsible for preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
· Negotiate and close deals in timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind.
· Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities.
· Build excellent relationship with partner community (IBM BPM, Bizagi BPM) to identify opportunities and expand pipeline.
· Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel.
Requirements :
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
· 5+ years of prior sales experience in software services industry.
· Prior experience of selling Enterprise Software & Services such as BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), BI is MUST
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on quarterly basis.
· Extremely good time management skills.
· Ability to overcome hurdles to advance sales cycle for timely closure.
· Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions such as salesforce.com.
