Job description

In-depth Linux OS experience (must have
Experience with Windows systems, PC/workstation setup’s and hardware support, troubleshooting, configurations
Network experience (basic connectivity, configuration, setups, application installs)
Monitoring, securing of connected PC’s, remote devices and hardware
Strong, client-facing, “front line” people skills (with employees and with clients)
Experience with escalation and upper-tier support issues
Good in Handling Ubuntu Applications.
