Qualification: Legal Degree (LLB / LLM)
Experience: 5 to 6 years
Expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts like Non-Disclosure Agreements, Request for Proposals (RFP), Service Level Agreements and ancillary drafts is must Provide legal guidance and support to various teams. Preparation of Background notes and ensuring the legal administration in various legal matters.Good exposure of best Corporate Governance of a listed/unlisted Company. Independently handle Legal Due diligence for fundraising. Advises the company on legal and statutory matters. Assisting in labour law compliances
Desired Candidate
Extreme proficiency in MS Excel including ease of building complex financial models
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience working in the International Environment is desirable
Able to work independently and deal with ambiguity without full information
Strong analytical skill to resolve problems with a hands-on experience of financial modelling
Proven experience of executing transactions and managing assets
Stakeholder relationship management
Proficiency in valuation concepts
Working experience in System Integration OR IT Company will be an added advantage.
