Role Summary
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives to enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and provide end to end HR services to all departments of the company, including but not limited to
- Provide strategic direction to implement HR policies and procedures, as well as legal / regulatory ones
- Lead and be accountable for the delivery of key HR initiatives, like performance evaluation, career / talent development plans, remuneration plans and benefit programs
- Stay current on all HR issues and regulations, ensuring compliance with all employment laws
- Collaborate on annual business plan/ budgets / manpower planning
- Design and deliver policies and processes to engage the workforce
- Coordinate with various divisional managers to share inputs for new policy implementation/ policy revisions.
- Design and implement initiatives to improve effectiveness of employee communication and branding.
- Roll out initiatives to build a positive employer brand.
- Assists with ensuring compliance with Privacy and Security Rules.
Candidate profile:
- Must have an experience multiple years in core HR areas
- Ability to contribute both at an individual level and at a team level
- Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, administration and negotiation skills
- Manage tasks independently and self motivator
- MBA with specialization in HR
