· Making calls to understand whether there is requirement for particular product / services of our clients
· Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team
· Maintaining call reports and recording discussion with the clients in the format specified
· Making polite conversation with customers/prospects on the phone
· Undertaking first/second level of research towards successful call results
· Work on B2B campaigns in the IT & ITES sector
Required Candidate profile
· Preferably a graduate from any stream / undergraduate also welcome.
· Good English communication skills.
· Knowledge of excel
· A person ready to take on responsibilities at all times.
