Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Handle both inbound/outbound.
- Drive new customers and revenue for the company by transferring interested customers to sales department.
- Document all activities.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
- Meet and exceed generated leads quotas consistently.
- Greet clients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English with professional presentation.
- Candidate should be passionate and energetic and ready to learn and accept challenges.
- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts.
