- Good Knowledge of Laptop, Desktops hardware replacement & trouble shooting.
- Operating System Installation, Support, Upgrade for Laptops, Desktops.
- Performance Monitoring and Enhancement.
- Move/ Add/ Change/ Up gradation/New Installation of Application Software and Hardware Support.
- Basic LAN / Network related Support.
- Help Desk support & management.
- Printer Support.
- Non-Comprehensive Support for IT Equipment’s.
- Vendor Management.
- Needs to have a sound knowledge of Windows OS\Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good Communication.
- Basically the person will be responsible for Laptop / Desktop activity, & Mail application like Outlook express
- Assigned call attendance & report to helpdesk with closer details with Service Report.
- Escalate to senior level if problem beyond scope.
