Laptop Hardware Technician -Field Work

1. Good Knowledge of Laptop, Desktops hardware replacement & trouble shooting.
2. Operating System Installation, Support, Upgrade for Laptops, Desktops.
3. Performance Monitoring and Enhancement.
4. Move/ Add/ Change/ Up gradation/New Installation of Application Software and Hardware Support.
5. Basic LAN / Network related Support.
6. Help Desk support & management.
7. Printer Support.
8. Non-Comprehensive Support for IT Equipment’s.
9. Vendor Management.
10. Needs to have a sound knowledge of Windows OS\Microsoft Office Applications.
11. Good Communication.
12. Basically the person will be responsible for Laptop / Desktop activity, & Mail application like Outlook express
13. Assigned call attendance & report to helpdesk with closer details with Service Report.
14. Escalate to senior level if problem beyond scope.

Requirements

Qualification: Any Graduate - Any Specialization (Working in IT Background)

Location: Mumbai - Multiple Locations 

Experience: Min 2-4 Years
