Responsibilities:
Ø Design and build applications for the Android platform using Kotlin language
Ø Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
Ø Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
Ø Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
Ø Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Skills And Qualifications :
Ø 8+ years solid experience with Android development, of which, at least 1+ years of experience with Kotlin based apps.
Ø Experience on cross-platform(s) frameworks (Ionic, Flutter, React Native) is an added advantage
Ø Strong knowledge of NDK and experience in integrating C/C++ libraries with Native Java Apps
Ø Experience in developing Android Wear OS Apps
Ø Strong knowledge of Android design principles, patterns, best practices
Ø Experience with storage, threading, and performance tuning
Ø Experience in working with Firebase (testing, cloud messaging and push notifications).
Ø Experience in technologies specifically on Sensors, Bluetooth, Wifi.
Ø Proven experience in using Firebase and deploying Apps to Google Play store
Ø Strong working knowledge of Android Unit Testing and Automated testing
Ø Good knowledge of building, packaging and deploying code for continuous integration
Ø Strong proficiency of using Gradle / Jenkins / Git / Jira / Confluence
