Guide sellers to right contact points in case of disputes and escalate if necessary
Ensure buyer experience and own metrics from seller side
Adhereance to dispatching timelines & packaging quality
Business Growth
Work closely with key sellers and ensure their growth by utilising their strengths and meet the growth targets set for the seller
Keep sellers informed of various offers and schemes and opportunities to grow their business
Adoption of business growth levers- Free shipping,Credit Markup etc
Collaboration and Engagement
Actively sharing insights and calling out challenges and establishing communication with teams
