Job Description:
- Handling telephonic & walk-In enquiries.
- Should possess excellent convincing capabilities.
- To train Tele-callers and convert their leads into prospects.
- To respond to inquiries of students (on email/call/walk-ins).
- Convert the inquiries into registrations that lead to Admissions.
- To involve in promotional activities of Universities and available courses.
- To have a good understanding of the revenue generation from registration.
- To ensure that the admission sales target are met for the team & individually.
- Counseling the Students and Parents about various Courses and colleges in India & Abroad.
- To provide detailed information of available courses to prospective students and to brief process & procedures related to academic, personal, professional & financial requirements in order for Admission requirements for various courses and Universities.
Engagement: Currently we are to engage Junior Student counselors for counseling prospective students for a variety of courses and recruitment to different colleges. The incumbent profile will be expected to drive the company's efforts to achieve its sales targets for admission in Higher & professional education for India & Abroad.
Required Candidate profile:
- Should have experience in education related counseling work.
- Experience between 1 - 4 years in voice/international BPO process may also be considered.
- Enthusiastic individual with discipline and professional approach is desirable.
- Candidate should possess excellent convincing capabilities & have knack of talking to people.
