Eligibility:
- B.com interested in Law
- Learning attitude
- Should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Power point (use computer)
- Should have good communication & interpersonal skills, quick thinking, commercially aware, and have basic knowledge of financial law.
- Should have interest in field of Banking/Real Estate/Land laws .
- Ready to move around the city
- Visit legal (Registrar ,law etc ) offices
Job Description
- Due Diligence of properties to be mortgaged to lenders and giving opinion on the same;
- Legal search report review and opinion in respect of properties;
- Drafting of agreements and documentation related to funding (end to end loan documentation and shareholders agreements)
