Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided.
The process involves counseling the students for overseas education; follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations.
Filing the application forms (University) verifying, them and sending the same to the universities.
Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students.
Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status etc
Skills Required -
Strong communications on phones and emails.
Candidate should have strong subject matter knowledge and willingness to help students from University shortlisting to visa processing.
Good in multi-tasking and managing multiple students.
Ability to adapt to an online counseling process and work in a target oriented environment
Build an excellent working relationship with students and universities
Having a background in a similar industry is an add on, freshers are welcomed too.
