Key Responsibilities:
Own release management cycle for the product:
○ Gather feedback /inputs from key stakeholders, understand gaps if any and make recommendations to the Engineering team
○ Translate release scope into detailed specifications and business use cases.
○ Work closely with the engineering team to deliver timely stable product releases
○ Review test scope & approach / test cases.
○ Own UAT planning and coordination
○ Prepare User training documentation and own the user training sessions.
○ Support marketing and sales team for product demos
○ Play a key role in any new product initiatives:
○ Validate prototypes
○ Own Alpha client integrations
○ Act as a new product evangelist to build awareness and understanding with the cross-functional teams
○ experience in Product Management or Business Analysis role.
○ Good technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience of a year in product development and web technologies
○ Business analysis experience in product life cycle (OR) strong understanding of online media, advertising, analytics, emerging technologies and digital marketing trends is required.
○ Prior experience of implementing best practices in a product life cycle
○ Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
