Experience in both Windows and Linux platform
Sound knowledge in Java, J2EE, Spring, Java script, HTML 5, Ajax, Hibernate
Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL Database, design and performance tuning
Experience in enterprise Java based environments but not limited to such environment
Eagerness to learn new technology
Experience in developing websites and implemented at least 1 java script framework like Angular, React etc.
Expertise in giving technical solutions
Aware of Agile methodologies
Up to date of technological happenings in the market
Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build good relationships with clients / managers and colleagues
Take role as a mentor for developers
Required to help in coding when required
