Position : Design and Vehicle Integration Engineer
Education: BE, ME (Electronics) / B Tech, M Tech (Electronics)
Experience: 6 to 8 Years for BE, B Tech in Automotive E & E Systems (Relevant 3 to 5 Years also accepted)
Notice Period: 30 days or immediate Payroll Company : KSD Technologies Private Limited
Responsibilities and Duties
Key Result Areas (KRAs) :
Design & development of new product & support to existing product up gradation
Resolving field/warranty issues
Homologation & testing
Support to other stake holders for design up gradation to resolve problems in their area through DMR (Design modification request) VA/VE for cost reduction
Project management & QCD requirements
Initiate & execute new design ideas for futuristic product requirements Technical Skills:
Knowledge of E&E system/components
Knowledge of Infotainment, Controllers
Knowledge of Electrical Load calculations/ Performance /Simulations /Reliability & durability of E & E system/components Knowledge of design tools like DFMEA/DFA/DFM/DFS & QC story for problem solving (diagnosis & resolution of issues) Knowledge of testing/ validation i.e. DVP requirements for Electrical system & Lighting and controller components
Knowledge of CAD/PLM software with high proficiency (preferably Creo-3/ Windchill 10.2)
Knowledge of Electrical system simulation software's preferred like MATLAB, Simulink, HIL
Knowledge of safety & homologation requirements of Electronics system for various countries
Knowledge of latest technology trends
