Job Description:
· Be the face of Assessment Tools, own and execute Assessment calendar with the customer schools
· Efficiently handle customer/school support, queries and issues for assessment
· Creating a large data bank of questions to feed into the Assessment process
· Managing the wing to wing process of item/ question development from Book mapping to item creation to question paper creation.
· Managing stakeholders both within and outside the customer and incumbent will need to manage and get work done thru a Matrix structure.
· Train teachers/parents through workshops and training sessions for the effective implementation of Assessment tools.
· Providing ongoing support to user teachers, parents and school
