Job Description

  • Design, implement and manage the End User Computing environment.
  • Manage Windows Desktop Imaging and Application Packages with Microsoft SCCM
  • Manage and Support Microsoft Office 365
  • Local Network & security management
  • Application support & administration
  • Perform L2/L3 Support function for desktop-related escalation
  • Evaluate new End User Computing technology and build the roadmap
  • Having good knowledge of O365 administration
  • Experience of managing IT assets Inventory, AV & other day to day support & operations activities.
  • Co-ordination with HK IT Infra & vendors for day to day IT support
  • Co-ordination with the vendors
  • Knowledge of Hardware & Software asset procurement life cycle.
  • Sound knowledge of on boarding & deboarding process
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged in ticketing tool.
  • Knowledge of handling ServiceNow or any other ticketing tool
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Follow up with end users to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Team handling skills
