Manage employees by setting up company policies and recruit suitable candidates

·        Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

·        Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

·        Following up on the interview process status.

·        Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

·        Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.

·        Completing timely reports on employment activity.

Qualifications and Skills:-

·        IT related knowledge.(Mandatory)

·        Computer Knowledge.(M.S.office / E mail Writing /Job Portals).

·        Knowledge regarding recruitment process.
