When you join us this is what you will do:
You will:
- Follow a 14 day Training program and be hands on - trained on the job by one of our Mentors.
- Learn how to Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media like Linkedin and our enormous ATS
- Learn to match candidate's profiles to the tech job openings of our clients
- Learn to conduct interviews over the phone with interested candidates
- Learn to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge , skills , soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- be working on permanent or contract requirements and speaking to candidates from all over Europe or India, depending on your skills and aptitude.
