Qualification:  Graduation/MBA (2 yrs Experience)

Job Profile:

• To identify potential insurance advisors and recruit them in accordance with the managements business plan.
• To set targets for advisors.
• To meet expected sales target consistently.
• To facilitate training, monitor on the development, and give the feedback on the performance of the advisors.

Preferred Quality:

• Experience:  Minimum 2 years Sales
• Age : 24 – 35 yrs

• Bike Mandatory
• Good Communication (English & Local language)
• Local or should be staying in same location from at least  2yrs
