• Candidate with 1+ year US calling experience excluding training period. (Must have conversational skills and not just sales background)

Responsibilities and Duties
List of the responsibilities and duties of this job.
• Candidate will be working on client CRM with live orders.
• Agent must take care of calling and extensive CRM work on all the orders allocated to him for the day.
• Must ensure all the necessary procedures and protocols are followed.
• Must ensure one call resolution (OCR) and One Order Entry Perfection.
• Must ensure the Orders are entered with all the necessary information provided by client.
• Make detailed and understandable notes on the order.
• Must complete the order in appropriate way for the next team for follow up.
Qualifications
• Education level – Must be graduate with any stream.
• Must have experience in working on CRM.
• Experience – 1+ year of USA calling experience. Customer Service preferable.
• Specific skills – Fluent English communication.
• Personal characteristics – Soft spoken since we are dealing with sensitive accounts.
• Certifications – None.
• Other – must be ready to work in Night Shift.
