Designation - Customer Care Executive/Sr. CCE/Team Leader.

Process: outbound voice process/Day shift
Shift Timing :Day (11 am - 8.pm)
Salary : ( depends on last drawn CTC & Incentives).
Salary : 10000 - 30000/- pm ( depends on last drawn CTC & Incentives).
Experience : 1 to 7 years
Saturdays & sundays off**
Responsibilities and Duties:-
Handling Outbound calls.
Identify and Assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:-
1.Excellent Communication skills in English is mandatory
2.Qualification - Class10th and above.
3.Age-18-35yrs.
Ony Experience are welcome.
5.Customer Care experience with hands on experience handling Overseas Customers will be preferred.
6. For team leader minimum 1yr exp required in outbound process as TL.
