Inside Sales Manager

• Candidate will be working with parents to enable them to buy our English products. 
• Have to do sales through Telecalls, which involves speaking to parents of children between ages 5-10. 
• The product that is to be sold is fREADom Live Online Classes (Interactive Group Classes to help Conversational English and Critical thinking). 
• Concept selling, Probing, and understanding the need of the user, persistence are critical skill sets.
• Excellent English skills are a must.
• Converting the lead generated through the online marketing efforts of the company.
• Analyzing the current sales process and systems to improve customer outreach and pipeline management.
• Executing operating plans and ensures sales objectives are met.
• Working as an individual contributor to meet targets and deadlines
