About the Opportunity:

To accelerate our growth further, BluePi is looking to build the industry best business development team. You will be responsible for taking BluePi solutions to potential customers via various Inside Sales Channels. This role will involve a lot of prospecting and you should have credible existing relationships of 50+ Enterprise & SME customers. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual. He / She will work as an Inside Sales Manager to acquire clients and projects for the BluePi Services viz, Cloud Migration, Devops, Big Data Analytics and other related services

Inside  Sales, IT Sales, Lead Generation, Pipeline Building, Knowledge on LeadGen and CRM Tools, Great Communication Skills


Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and pursue a daily target of Outbound Calls, Email and follow-ups
  2. Generate new leads through all Inside Sales Channels and help Sales Team meet it’s revenue target
  3. Maintain Best Practices of internal CRM tool. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
  4. Meet quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
  5. Qualify the leads through certain metrics and setup client meetings for further nurturing and closure.
  6. Do appropriate research for client mapping, use cases, database building.
  7. Run various campaigns and learn and develop innovative strategies post each one
  8. Understand consumers : Who are our target consumers, what are their needs
  9. Build relationships with new clients and develop and maintain healthy relationships with old clients
  10. Making Market Research a part of your daily activity to remain up to date about the market, competition, clients etc.
  11. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  12. Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
  13. Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.

Requirements:

  1. Qualification: BTech / BBA / English Hons / BCA
  2. Experience of IT Inside Sales preferably in a Cloud/Big Data analytics organization.
  3. Experience of 2-5 years. Prior experience of technology sales is a plus, but not necessary
  4. Patience and Perseverance is a must. Experience of cold calling, follow-ups is required
  5. Proficient with corporate pitch and web presentation tools
  6. Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing, and fluency in speaking
  7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  8. Individual performer and achiever
  9. Good knowledge about IT/Software
  10. Ability to take ownership and drive things. Should have great attention to detail
  11. Should have Networking as well as Prospecting skills.
  12. Should be highly data driven and have strong analytical skills
  13. Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  14. Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  15. Should have knowledge of Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges
