2. Educating our customers about our offers and promotions from time to time
3. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume & sales
4. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with our product & services
5. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
6. Developing in-depth knowledge of our products & services and also for competition products & services
7. Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude
8. Candidate should be from Tier 1 Colleges.
