Job Title: IT Sales Executive(Inside Sales)
Location:Mumbai (Andheri East)
Candidates with any sort of IT sales experience (B2B, B2C) can apply
Preferred:
* Experience in software/ solution selling for products like Public Cloud, Private Cloud, VDI Solution, Backup and Disaster Recovery Solution, NAS box.
* Gathering customers business solutions requirements.
* Educating customers about our services.
* Generating new leads and mapping prospecting accounts.
* Converting Incoming Online Leads.
* Working in tandem with Potential New Accounts understanding their needs and proposing complete Solutions.
* Lead identification through research, networking and cold calling and leveraging the use of social media.
* Regular interaction and follow-ups with prospective clients from lead generation to conversion.
* Responsible for the identification of leads, opportunities, and meeting revenue targets.
* Would be responsible for end to end sales for the region assigned.
* Generate a sales pipeline and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Collaboratively work with the solutions deployment team in distributed geographies to get the solutions implemented with a fanatical support drive.
* Manage customer relationships to procure repeat business and life-time references.
* Ensure continued customer satisfaction levels and develop Client image as a trustworthy, capable and a reliable technology partner.
* Uses corporate tools to manage the pipeline, metrics, and forecasts and drive business intelligence.
* Timely invoicing and collections till payment realization.
Essential Requirements
1. Can demonstrated sales over-achievement year over year.
2. Experience with MS excel to track progress and report goals.
3. In-depth oral, written and presentation communication skills to interact with upper leadership, IT staff, vendors and existing clients
4. Experience selling IT solutions; Public Cloud, Private Cloud, VDI solution, Backup and Disaster recovery Solution, NAS.
5. Responsible for the identification of leads, opportunities, and meeting revenue targets.
6. 1+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelors degree
