Job Summary
This job is involves taking care of all export and import documentation. This job will be on a Third Party Payrolling basis
Responsibilities and Duties
Filing of documents related to Import and export of automobile machine and machine parts.Freight forward,CHA, Shipping line knowledge. To handle overseas & domestic customer
All other back office work related to documentation and filing like sending and responding to emails
Following up with suppliers and customers for delivery of machine and machine parts
Key Skills
good knowledge of MS Office , Export Import documentation along with INCO terms, Good knowledge of English Language
Required Experience and Qualifications
Should be a graduate
At least one year of job experience
Benefits
Salary in hand between-23000/- to 27000/- per month,PF deposited (appox. 3000/-), Bonus(approx 10000/-, Leave en-cashment (approx 12000/-), Overtime (100/- per hour), Food allowance (1500/- per month), Holiday Overtime (100/- per hour), Sundays and two Saturdays off. Long leaves during Christmas, Diwali and other major festivals. Yearly increments as per performance.
