Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics like (AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage, SLA, Absentisim)
Ability to multitask and good working Excel skills
2 to 3 years in relevant industry (Inbound Voice Domain Experience Must)
Salary Up to 4 lacs pa
Qualification: Graduation in any stream (Graduation Must)
Shifts: Day Rotational Shift With Rotational Offs
