Job Responsibility
1. End to end support in recruiting process and execution. Understanding the nature and importance of the requirement. And also manage the campus recruitment, internship in pan India level.
2. Sourcing candidates through job postings, job portals, candidate referrals, in-house database and personal network or from user/technical groups on the internet etc.), referral, social networking sites etc.
3. Short-listing and pre-screening of potential candidate in terms of their qualification, communication skills, work experience, remuneration & basic technical experience which helps in validating the resumes and suitability of the candidate and Scheduling interviews.
4. Coordinating with the management on Profile feed backs. Follow up with the candidate till joining.
5. Maintaining Database and reporting to management.
6. MS Office tools and search string experience, Resume Search, Screening, negotiating, Vendor relationship.
7. Manage seminar, meeting with company and collage in pan India.
Salary and benefit: FOR HR MANAGER Basic salary 1.44 LPA to 3.00 LPA
FOR HR RECRUITER 1.00 LPA TO 1.80LPA
5%Incentive in every project. Bonus on Attendance, everyday and weekly task.
