eploy, Drive and Review process compliance in Hub Ops to ensure targets on On-Time Delivery, Stock control, Asset Control and Write Off are met
· Have key focus on Rostering process, Attendance and warnings for delivery team, Dispatch of vans on time, Petty cash,
cash collection variances and hub stock by constant monitoring through critical daily reports
Defining, building & executing the delivery process from delivery station to a customer
address,
· Closely monitoring Inventory part & make sure good Quality & less Wastages.
· Ensure enough bandwidth in a territorial delivery team to ensure early morning delivery
management
· Engage closely with the delivery team including associates. Developing and maintaining
a highly motivated and performance driven team,
· Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve performance
· Responsible for safety and security of the Delivery center assets and HR, including
inventory and cash.
· Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery
performance, through process and training improvements. Initiates improvements to
enhance quality standards, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
· Conduct the performance appraisals of the shift supervisors and mentor them for
handling efficient operations.
· Ensuring reports are being generated on daily basis,
· Ensure there are no Customer concerns or timely addresal of customer grievances
· Managing store cost.
