Role Objective: -
Preparing a Sourcing/Talent mapping .
Headhunting, Referencing, Use of industry specific online and offline sources, social and professional media.
Make a final shortlist based on Interview, CV analysis and genuinity of the candidates' interest in said vacancy.
Manage all coordination for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Follow all internal processes, maintain Databases, support all MIS activities as needed .
