Sourcing and screening CV's from different job portals
Conducting telephonic interview
Will be responsible for End-to-End recruitment.
Front end our engagement with clients and play an active role in growth of accounts
Line up the candidates for the personal interviews, preparing and maintaining the database
Follow-up with the client as well as candidates till their joining
Should be energetic and be keen on interacting with people
Good communication skills and effective convincing capabilities
Must be confident and smart
