Qualification: Any Graduates [B.com/BBA/BCA/B.sc.(IT)/BBA/M.com/MBA/MCA/M.sc.(IT)]. Working Days: We have Monday-Friday , Five full day work week along with two/three full working Saturday which will be on 1 & 3 ( 5th If Applicable) occurrences of the months.
Salary: Depends on your interview.
Job Responsibilities:
Administration
- Internal and Client Recruitment (When Required)
- End to End recruitment knowledge is must.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Facility Back ground & Admin Back ground, well verse with Excel and preparing reports.
- Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery.
- Assist in special events of company.
- Vendor Payments & Office Bill Payments.
- Organizing parties and functions
- Petty Cash Management.
- Courier Management.
- Basic accounting Activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:-
- Computer Knowledge.(M.S.office / E mail Writing /Job Portals).
- Knowledge regarding recruitment process.
- Admin Related Work Knowledge.
- Experienced candidate can also apply.
